Pumuckel, a Shetland pony that is three years old and just 20 inches tall, is a dreamer.
According to Reuters, the adorable creature is probably going to surpass all other horses in size.

The news source claims that Carola Weidemann, the pony’s owner, was informed by Guinness World Records that Pumuckel was too young to be eligible for the record in 2022.
Creatures must be at least four years old to compete for the record, but if he doesn’t get more than two inches in the upcoming year, he will likely break it.
The Guinness World Records title for “World’s Smallest Horse” is now held by Bombel, a 22-inch mini Appaloosa horse with dwarfism.
Because he is the world’s tiniest horse, he holds the distinction.
Now I have to wait for a little, and I hope this little sweetie doesn’t get too big, Weidemann told Reuters.

Also, the owner claimed that “nature’s oddities” were to blame for “cuddly” Pumuckel’s diminutive stature.
Pumuckel assists with art therapy programs in Germany while he waits for his chance to win the championship the following year.
The mother of Pumuckel remarked, “This pony is simply so adorable.” “You always want to cherish him and give him hugs and kisses.
