People who are amazing should be appreciated and honored. The Dude’s main notion is straightforward and reasonable. The Be Nice Project attempts to delight people by recognizing them for who they are and what they do for others in their families or communities.

This time, a cafeteria worker deserved to be recognized for the hard work she does every day. Bishop Manogue High School in Reno, Nevada, wanted to thank the lady who softly helps kids every day while always smiling. They wanted her to know that the job she does on a daily basis makes a difference in their lives.

They banded together with the men who were guarding the Dude. They worked together to plan a surprise celebration for her that she won’t soon forget, all thanks to the Be Nice project. If you’re curious about how the party was timed and how everything went down, watch the video at the end.
