Colette Kingston installs a security camera outside her Missouri house to keep it secure and to keep a watch on her 88-year-old mother, who has dementia. At first, she notices a sanitation worker interacting with her mother. After a few days, she notices something more interesting.

Colette notices that this particular gentleman goes out of his way to assist her mother. He was observed with her linking arms and strolling up the driveway, taking out the trash can and smiling as he provided service. He does this action every day.

Colette then approached the sanitation firm to find out who the generous man was so that they could personally thank him. They discovered that the man’s name is Billy after some investigation. They then called him home, thanked him, and invited him to join them for a game.
