When people were driving near the historic Beaver Bridge in Arkansas, they saw a scary scene: a tour bus trying to cross it.
The ancient bridge known as the “Little Golden Gate” is a must-see for travelers. They should not, however, drive over it in a bus that is three times the permissible weight. An onlooker saw the horrific moment a bus passed over the ancient structure, bending it beneath its weight.

The bridge’s weight limit is 10 tons, but the bus weighed more than twice that! Although other automobiles honked to warn the bus driver, there was no turning back since the bridge was just one lane. Fortunately, the bus arrived safely on the opposite side.
As the spectator who videotaped this terrifying trip commented, “This is the second bus to go over the 10-ton limit on the one-lane Beaver bridge.”
