This artist has created the world’s largest artistic (rain) water mosaic and we find it incredible

Serge Belou, a Canadian artist, has created the unthinkable.

He needed 66,000 cups, 16,000 liters of rainwater and paint, and 62 hours of hard effort to put his concept into action. It is critical to remember that this masterpiece was made for a reason.
