When something caught a McDonald’s staff off guard, he was manning the drive-thru window. He was about to offer a client their order when he heard the screaming of two small children and realized something was wrong. That’s when he jumped out the window, and it was all captured on video.

Pedro Viloria, who was working at McDonald’s in Florida, was manning the drive-thru window during the morning shift when a regular order developed into an issue. A drive-thru client had made her order and paid without incident, but when she approached Viloria’s window with her two children in the rear, the clerk soon knew something was wrong.
The unidentified woman’s car did not stop when it approached Viloria’s window. Instead, her vehicle proceeded to drift through the parking lot, and the McDonald’s worker heard the woman’s children screaming and begging for their mom at that point. “Her children were yelling, ‘Mom, mom, stop it!'” Inside Edition quoted Viloria as saying, “What are you doing?”

When the car does not stop at Pedro Viloria’s window and he hears children wailing in the backseat, he senses something is wrong.
As the truck continued to move, the McDonald’s employee realized that the driver had lost control. Not only was she making jerking motions, which led her foot to slide off the brake, but her breathing was also unusual, and her children were horrified.
“I saw she was hardly breathing, and I believed that wasn’t normal,” Viloria said, recounting the moment he knew the lady was in a medical emergency. According to NBC Miami, “her kids were screaming.” “I figured I had to go to that automobile.”
Viloria felt he had to do something with her children wailing in the backseat, so he did the only thing he could. As a security camera from inside the restaurant caught video of his heroic attempts, he sprang from the drive-thru window and hurried to aid the lady. He had no idea, though, who he was going to save.
