When no one came to the 6-year-old boy’s birthday party, his mother shared his image on social media, and this is what happened

Every child looks forward to his or her birthday because it allows them to spend the entire day with their family and friends! This story is about a boy who was about to celebrate his birthday with his classmates.

Teddy preferred his 6th birthday celebration with his whole class over a vacation to Disney World or a day at LegoLand.

So, Sil Mazzini, his mother, reserved a table at Peter Piper Pizza in Tucson and handed his teacher 32 invitations to give to his classmates.

Sil said that she had had 15 RSVPs for her son’s special day, that she had paid for the food and prepared the gift bags, and that she was looking forward to a fantastic party for her kid.

However, it was memorable for all the wrong reasons since none of Teddy’s peers attended.

After waiting an hour and still no one arrived, the family decided to make the most of their vacation by playing games by themselves and eating pizza instead of leaving their child.

His dad, Ted Bollinger, said that it was a terrible event for Teddy, but he recovered once they were able to divert him with diversions.

“I was disappointed,” Bollinger told the New York Post. “The most important thing for Teddy was to see his classmates and have fun with them, so not seeing them was very sad.”

Sil, who was deeply saddened, decided to share about the lack of parents who, despite telling them they would be there, did not show up with their children on Teddy’s special day.

After a local news channel shared her post, an image of her son Teddy sitting alone at his birthday table in front of uneaten food quickly went viral, winning the hearts and minds and sympathy of hundreds of people. Some of them even sent gifts.

She went on to say that only one parent called to apologize for Teddy’s absence after the incident, but Teddy’s classmates apologized to him the next day at school.

Mom Sil later said that she regretted uploading the photograph since she had no idea how much attention it would get. The number of responses was too much for the family to handle, and she hated every minute that the post was public.

She disclosed that instead of throwing a party for Teddy’s seventh birthday, she would take him on a trip.

But because of Teddy’s sadness, the Phoenix Suns and the Phoenix Rising MLS club have invited him and his parents to their upcoming games.

Teddy was feted by thousands of people, along with the players, and he was presented with a cake as cheerleaders sang and waved to the six-year-old.
