Most of us will have sleep issues at some point in our lives, but how we cope with them is crucial. Some people read, some listen to music, while yet others take pills when things become tough.

But one woman and her son have found a far better approach to combating insomnia, and it has made millions of people happy.

Lance began dancing with his mom, Lucy, as soon as he could walk, and she undoubtedly passed on her love of music and dance to him.

So when Lucy said that she wasn’t sleepy one night, Lance knew precisely how to help her sleep.

Lance, now married with 2 kids, was ready to take his dear mom’s hand in his and start dancing as Megan Traynor’s son, “Dear Husband,” started to play.

They danced well together, and Lance’s daughter applauded from the sidelines as the rest of the family captured the heartwarming moment on camera.

They not only dance well, but their facial expressions are equally interesting.

Lucy turns to the camera halfway through the song and explains, “That’s what happened to folks who couldn’t fall asleep in Louisiana.”

The video was seen hundreds of thousands of times and reposted by people who fell in love with the mother and son dancers. Lucy clearly enjoys dancing with her son, and Lance enjoys collaborating with her.

Toward the conclusion of the dance, Lucy says something that causes the whole family to burst out laughing, and Lance collapses on the floor because he can’t stop laughing. These two have a lot of fun together!
