Mother passed away after giving birth, and her husband’s instincts led him to check her pregnancy blog.
Before marrying, Matt and Lizz Logelin started their romance as high school sweethearts.
Outsiders believed the newlyweds were the ideal pair since they were absolutely and thoroughly in love.
Matt characterized his wife as follows:
“She was flawless. She was flawless in every aspect. She was astute and amusing. We had been dating for eight years before getting married.”

Liz discovered she was pregnant soon after her marriage. The pair was overjoyed.
Liz decided to establish a blog to document her pregnancy and keep long-distance friends and family in the loop.
This came in handy when Liz was placed on five weeks of bed rest, three of which necessitated hospitalization.
Liz had little amniotic fluid, “Matt writes on their blog. The baby was wearing her cord around her neck. The baby’s heart rate decreased (multiple times). Liz nearly delivered (on numerous occasions).”
Despite the challenges, Liz gave birth to a lovely baby girl named Madeline via cesarean section.
Rachael Ray explained the birth to Matt…

“They took Madeline. They just had to show her to Liz for a few seconds. They informed her she had to remain in bed for around 24 hours due to the C-section.”
“The following morning, the nurses came in and said, ‘Okay, we’re going to take you to see Madeline,'” he added.
“[Liz] was overjoyed. They helped her to her feet, and she began to stroll about the room. Then she simply slumped, saying, ‘I feel light-headed.’
Liz di.e.d 27 hours after giving birth as a consequence of a major pulmonary embolism, without getting to touch her infant daughter.
Her spouse told the Racheal Ray Show:
“She developed a blood clot in her leg that went up to her lungs and obstructed both pulmonary passages.” It was so huge that it was almost immediate.”

Matt was sad and despondent.
He didn’t even know how he’d survive without his love, much alone learn to be a single dad to a wonderful young daughter.
However, Matt quickly built a support network of over 40,000 readers each month, all of whom offered parenting advice, encouragement, and good words to the new father.
“I never dreamed that people would genuinely offer me advice or that they would support me through this process. It helps me every day, “he says on the Rachael Ray Show.
