Grandma Carol, an American lady who resides in the United States, decided to take a brave step: she had not altered her appearance, hair, or other aspects for years. Of course, the passage of time had an effect on her, and she let herself go, with a closed attitude that urged her to stop caring about her beauty. But then Christopher Hopkins appeared to solve her worries.

People think of The Makeover Guy as a genius when it comes to styling women’s hair. He became known as The Makeover Guy because of his YouTube videos. In these films, he explains his customers’ stories in detail, and the viewer gets to witness the total transformation of the women who come to him for help: he transforms elderly ladies who have let themselves go into gorgeous women who could be mistaken for noble women from the past!

Carol felt she made the correct decision by coming to him to alter not just her appearance, which she had become tired of for a long time, but also her life; she recognized that the drastic change in her appearance would help her start over and restore her self-confidence.
