This Moscow penthouse, which is located on the 95th level, was sold for 2.6 billion as the highest penthouse in Europe

For more than 2.6 billion rubles, you can buy the most expensive penthouse in Europe. The light comes in through the panoramic windows on the inside of the apartment in Moscow City that is on the 95th level, but you can’t hear the birds singing since the flat is situated above the bird’s eye view. The furniture of a one-of-a-kind penthouse wasn’t sold for a long time. However, a journalist was recently able to get into the home and show on camera what it’s like to live in a very expensive home.

The apartments may be found inside the Federation Tower East, which is the highest building in all of Europe. It towers 374 meters above ground level. The penthouse extends over floors 95, 96, and 97 of the building simultaneously. The owner uses a shared elevator to get to the 94th floor, where they then transfer to their own elevator, which has doors that go straight into the residence.

The three-story penthouse spans a total of 2,200 square meters throughout its floor space. The apartments in this building are encircled by a massive glass dome, and the ceilings on each floor reach a height of 14 meters. Additionally, the view of Moscow from this location is breathtaking. The cleaning of the dome is handled by the management business. However, the owner is responsible for paying the bills for the various utilities. It is anticipated that the «commune’s» total sum would reach around 500,000 rubles every month.

The penthouse, which is being offered for sale at a price of 2.6 billion rubles and comes complete with a finished design concept, has the ability to be subdivided into two residences. On the other hand, a rich buyer probably won’t want to let anybody else live in their one-of-a-kind property.

Is it cost-effective to rent an apartment in Moscow City? The question is arguable. For the sake of comparison, a penthouse in a tower located in the hip neighborhood of New York City, known as The Tulip Building, would set the buyer back 59 million dollars, which is equivalent to 3.17 billion rubles for 2,500 square meters.

Let’s watch the video and see an apartment from the inside.
