Joe McCarthy was a single parent who worked tirelessly to raise his triplets. Notwithstanding his difficulties, he never gave up since his children were his motivation to live and smile. But his life was rocked one day when someone showed up on his doorstep and confessed they weren’t his children.

For many single parents, the difficulties they confront on a daily basis are minor compared to the pleasure they get from raising their kids. However, as a single parent raising three daughters on his own, the difficulties may sometimes increase. That’s something adoring father Joe McCarthy had to cope with. Joe had been crushed since Ariana, the love of his life, or so he believed, had left him.

Time, as they say, cures all wounds, and so it did for this single father. He forgot everything and lived a tranquil life with his three beautiful angels until one day, when someone from his past came with bad news to disrupt his pleasure of parenthood.

Joe and Ariana met at a Paris fair eight years ago. Joe planned to marry someone who shared his orphanage background, as he had spent his entire childhood in one.Ariana also grew up in an orphanage.

“You?” “What exactly are you doing here?” He looked up in surprise at his ex-wife, who was a shambles in his doorway.

They became friends and quickly turned the page to a fairy tale love story. But there were problems in paradise two years into their relationship when Ariana revealed she was five months pregnant.

“But we had intended to have children once we married. ” How is this possible?” I had taken every care,” Joe responded, concerned.

It’s all right, sweetie. Mishaps occur. We need to be married as soon as possible. There’s no other way, “Ariana argued.”

Soon after, the pair married in a secret ceremony, starting off a happy married life. However, as time passed, Joe began to notice a strange shift in Ariana. She was either too busy at work or spent too much time on the phone. She never again gave Joe access to her emails and texts.

Everything seemed unusual at first, but Joe, being the trusting guy that he was, let things go and looked forward to welcoming his kids. But, as luck would have it, he caught a glimpse of Ariana’s real colors during a scan.

“What? Triplets? ” “I can’t afford to have three kids and lose my beauty!” she said as the doctor revealed the scan results to her.

“But, sweetheart, they are our children.” You cannot speak so negatively about them. What is the relationship between having children and your beauty? “I don’t get it,” Joe said, upset and surprised by his wife’s response.

“Can you explain the link?” Joe, I’m going to start appearing old, and no one will want to look at me! ”

“Are you looking at me? What exactly do you mean? Who else do you want to admire your beauty more than me, your husband? ” Joe inquired. Ariana did the unimaginable at this point, causing yet additional grief for Joe.

I married you to live a prosperous life.” I assumed we were not just architects constructing others’ fantasies, but also wealthy individuals constructing their own. “But your wages aren’t even enough to go on a trip!” she grumbled. “And with these three more responsibilities entering the world, I doubt you’d offer me all the luxury I want!”

Joe was stung by Ariana’s candid view. He assumed she was in love with him. But no. She was just interested in his money and had been fantasizing about exploiting him to pay for her extravagant lifestyle.

Before Joe could say anything further, Ariana informed him that she would divorce him when their children were born. Shock after shock aggravated the poor man’s injuries.

I don’t care what you do with these kids; I’m not going to raise them.” I’d been applying for jobs in London for a long time, and I’m heading there when I get rid of this load.

She subsequently filed for divorce, placing Joe under tremendous pressure. The hearing was rescheduled until the infants arrived.

Five months later, the couple had three lovely girls. They lost their mom before they could feel her skin or breathe her affection. Ariana didn’t even want to look at her babies, and she filed for divorce a week after experiencing postpartum trauma.

Joe signed full parental rights to the children, and Ariana just left her lovely family. Joe last saw his ex-wife on the day of the hearing.

Despite the pain, the dad was determined to put his best foot forward for his children. He worked from home so he could spend the whole day with his children. He didn’t want to hire a nanny because he was afraid his kids wouldn’t get good care.

He did everything a mother would do, from feeding them to changing their diapers. For six years, Joe reared his triplets, Jade, Ruby, and Emily, with love and care. He was both their father and their mother.

Growing up, the girls never missed their mother because Joe never forced them to think about her. He did all he could to ensure that they had a joyful upbringing.

But one day, as he opened the door to see who had just rung the doorbell, his heart stopped.

“You?” “What exactly are you doing here?” He gasped in surprise, starring at his ex-wife, who was a shambles in his doorway.

Joe turned around, relieved that his children were playing in the neighbor’s yard. “What are you looking for, and why have you come here?” he raged.

“Will you not let me in?” “I’m sure we can chat a lot” inside, “she remarked as she pushed her way inside. Joe was astonished and unable to stop her.

“Where have my kids gone?” Ariana inquired, her gaze drawn to the triplets. “Girls! Mom has returned! “Don’t you want to meet your mother?”

“What the heck is the matter with you?” You are not their mother. “Now leave my home!” Joe yelled. “They only have one parent, and that is me.” Get it? NOW, GET OUT! ”

“Are you sure?” Who’s to say you’re their DAD? ” Ariana revealed a terrible fact. “While dating you, I had two other lovers.” On tour, I became rather “intimate” with one of them. These girls must be his… I’m sure they’re not yours since you were in Egypt for a month. ”

“What exactly do you mean?” Joe shot back.

“When you returned, you had taken all the measures you knew to prevent pregnancy.” I did the calculations, and it took me six years to figure it out. I’m sure they aren’t your children, but I assumed they were when I left you six years ago. ”

Joe dropped on the sofa in despair, his head bowed in disbelief. “Not my children?” You had two other guys cheat on me?” He screamed once more. “What evidence do you have that they aren’t mine?”

Following a short argument, Ariana and Joe decided to do a paternity test on the children. The DNA test results came two weeks later, revealing that Joe was not the biological father of the triplets.

The discovery took him by surprise. He had worked tirelessly for six years to raise his kids. Furthermore, he loved them completely. They were the only source of his happiness. Ariana arrived the following day to take the girls away from him before he could cope with the terrible reality.

“Please send my daughters with me.” “I need to sue that wealthy scumbag for alimony, and I can only do that if my children are there,” she said.

Joe was taken aback. He realized he couldn’t simply give up his affection for his children since they weren’t his. That’s when he stood up and made a stance to safeguard his fatherhood.

“The court will make its decision immediately, Ariana, you nasty woman.” How can you be so callous and selfish as to use my innocent kids to satisfy your own desires? That is not going to happen. You must first go through me if you want to get to them! ”

Ariana was astounded by Joe’s reply. He had always struck her as a gentleman. What she saw of him that day, though, was different and horrifying. That didn’t stop her from climbing the rungs to claim her children. She thought of them as things, not as living, smiling angels who deserved love.

“I’m going to court to fight you.” “I’m going to sue you, and those three girls will be mine,” she added, daring Joe to meet her in court.

Both of them appeared in district court two weeks later. Ariana had nothing to back her up save the DNA test results. Meanwhile, Joe possessed the documentation she had signed six years before, giving him legal possession of the girl. She had also given up her rights to Joe.

Ariana’s case, in the end, had no chance. The court reviewed the documentation, which plainly stated that she did not want the children following her divorce from Joe. She lost the court fight and continued to stare at Joe as he walked out the door with his three children.
