She weighed 120 kg for many years. Now she has lost weight and looks like a model

Annie, like many other women, was concerned about her body.

She tried multiple times to lose weight, but none of the hard diets worked.
All of the kilograms she’d lost would return in a flash, and in far greater numbers.

Annie stepped on the scale in early 2005 and discovered she weighed 120 kg. And that was a really stressful and distressing experience for her.

She needed to get a handle on things and lose weight. That is just what she did. To do this, the lady invented her own weight-loss regimen.

The earliest signs of change were seen as early as May. In addition to dietary limitations, the lady began to spend more time outside.

And the outcome did not take long to arrive.

Annie is never late for breakfast. This meal stimulates the metabolic processes of the body.

She also enjoys tea and coffee, but only with little or no sugar.

Dinner should also not be omitted, but it should be eaten 3–4 hours before bedtime.

Simultaneously, you should take light meals. No bread or side dishes with chicken or fish. You can drink as much fluid as you like, but not excessively. Only dry red wine is permitted as an alcoholic beverage.

Every day, there should be some kind of physical exercise. Let it be something similar to exercising, but on a daily basis. It’s important not to overdo it and to do it joyfully.

Annie also cautions against setting unrealistic goals and expecting immediate results. You should work your way toward your objective gradually.

Annie’s weight is 60.5kg now. She was able to lose half of her body weight in a year and a half, as you can see.
