King Charles III was regaining his footing many days after Queen Elizabeth II died. As part of Operation London Bridge, the royal family has been compelled to attend a flurry of engagements and commitments. This lets them show respect to Her Majesty and put on a good show for the people they serve at the same time.
The funeral procession for Queen Elizabeth II on September 12 was a somber event, but it succeeded in bringing the royal family closer together.
The royal kids, King Charles III and his siblings Anne, Princess Royal, Andrew, Duke of York, and Edward, Earl of Wessex, are all mourning the death of their mother. According to the Mirror UK, His Majesty and Anne, Princess Royal, were vacationing together at Balmoral before the Queen died. As the funeral procession started in Scotland, the queen’s children formed a protective barrier in front of their mother’s coffin, displaying an unusual amount of togetherness. The Queen adored Scotland.

The transfer of responsibility has already begun, which means that His Majesty will need the strength and support of his family in the next days and weeks. According to the Daily Mail, King Charles III and the Queen Consort departed shortly after the queen’s coffin arrived in London for two separate locations.

According to the BBC, King Charles II has returned to his home in Wiltshire, Highgrove, while Camilla Parker Bowles remains at her own estate in the same county. Before His Majesty was expected to get back to work, he was given a day off to rest and think.
