You never know when tragedy will strike. A family of nine in Idaho faced their greatest fear when their mother died. Friends and family members who had suffered a devastating loss had been working tirelessly to rebuild their lives when a Christmas miracle arrived, leaving them speechless.

Dakota and Ream Nelson had a wonderful relationship based on shared beliefs and strong morals. They are the proud parents of seven adorable children.

However, tragedy struck when the lady, a caring mother, collapsed in the garage.

«We were just messing around and having fun in the garage,» says the husband.
When I returned, I discovered her lifeless on the floor. We were able to revive her to the point where she remained in a coma until the end of September.

Ream’s condition was critical when she arrived at the hospital, and she remained in a coma for three months before succumbing to her injuries.

The terrible events have left all of Ream’s loved ones shaken, and they must now pick up the pieces. Dakota was concerned about his future while working three jobs to support his family.

Dakota and her children opened a white present box for Christmas 2018 with no idea what was inside.

Because Ream lacked health insurance, the costs of his hospitalization were quite high. Kind people were able to alleviate some of Dakota’s concerns thanks to a GoFundMe campaign.

However, they were in for an even bigger challenge. When a secret Santa in their eastern Idaho town learned of the family’s terrible tragedy, he dispatched a team of elves to surprise Dakota and her children with a gift that would change the course of their lives forever.

For Christmas 2018, the man and his children opened a white gift box, unaware that its contents would leave them speechless. The package included food as well as $1,000 in Walmart gift cards. Unfortunately, this was only the start.

Dakota was moved to tears by the father’s generous gift of 8,000 Euros.
He stutteringly asked, «Who do I have to thank?» after wiping away his tears.

While they were mourning their mother, they had something to smile about thanks to Santa.
The children wrote heartfelt letters to Santa, thanking him for a magical holiday.
