1. Leonardo DiCaprio – Rescuing a man who fell overboard.

Not every incident between Leonardo DiCaprio and large ships ends as tragically as the Titanic.

On December 30, the Oscar winner was on vacation with his friends and girlfriend Camila Morrone on a rented boat near St. Barts when they learnt that a man had fallen overboard from a Club Med catamaran while intoxicated.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s yacht happened to be nearby when the man was seen and rescued in rough seas.

«Leo, his friends, and their boat captain decided to join the search, and their efforts helped save a man’s life,» according to an exclusive source. The man had been treading water for eleven hours, according to accounts.

«The crew of the boat was eager to assist, and even more so when they were able to transport the man to safety,» the insider stated.

2. Danny Trejo – rescuing a child from a car that had flipped over after an accident.

Trejo was present when two cars collided at Hubbard Street and Jackman Avenue in the Los Angeles suburb of Sylmar in August 2019.

Trejo, a Los Angeles resident, told ABC 7 that «a woman blew a red light and crashed into that Explorer, flipping it over with an infant and a grandma inside.»

Machete’s actor hopped inside the destroyed car from one side but said he couldn’t reach the child’s car seat.

Then a bystander described as a «young woman» by Trejo in the video, stepped in, unfastened the buckle, and the two of them pulled the infant from the truck.

While Trejo is being praised for his bravery, he told ABC 7 that the only thing that kept the boy alive was his car seat.

3. Tom Holland – Protecting a young fan from a suffocating crowd.

Holland defended a girl who was having a panic attack due to overzealous autograph seekers pushing their way to the front of the throng in June 2019 while signing autographs in New York.

The fight was captured on camera by the girl’s Twitter account, and Holland can be heard saying, «I’ve got you» and «I’m going to dump all your s- on the floor if you keep shoving that girl.»

Later, he did just that, leaving behind photographs, pens, and documents belonging to people who did not comply with his request.

The child, whose Twitter name is @NamelessCass, described the experience and praised the celebrity in a series of posts.

«It would be really appreciated if someone could say thank you to Tom, and I hope to meet and thank him in person one day,» she said.

4. Danny DeVito — Preventing a snake bite on Michael Douglas

During an interview on The Talk in September 2018, DeVito recalled a day spent filming Romancing the Stone in Mexico with Douglas in the 1980s.

«There was a man who had a truck with a cage on it, and inside the pickup truck’s bed were snakes,» DeVito explained.

«But, Michael is behaving like Mikey D.,» he went on. «The man is carrying a snake on his arm, and all the children are approaching him. Michael then seizes the serpent.

Please, Michael, do not touch the snake! Sir, this is a snake. This snake has the ability to bite you, man.» It did happen on the hand.

«I had always been instructed that the best course of action is to instantly spit out the poison,» DeVito said. «I grabbed his hand and spat all over him, saying, ‘Well, it’s a good thing this didn’t bite you in the balls, dude, otherwise you’d be dead.'»

5. Meryl Streep & Cher – Saving a woman from an attacker

Lifelong friends were out for ice cream in New York City when they witnessed an incident.

«As we walk down the street, we hear screams,» Cher recalled on The Late Late Show with James Corden. «When we round the corner, this huge man is yanking this girl’s clothes off.

Then Meryl starts screaming, and I start screaming, and we both rush towards this big man, who suddenly turns and starts running towards us. He rushed through us shortly after — I’m not sure when.

We approached the girl, who was dressed shabbily and clutching a suitcase. So we’re patching her up and trying to make her look like she hasn’t been ravaged when she looks at us and says, «Oh, my God, Meryl Streep and Cher have saved me!»

In 2017, while accepting an award from the Committee to Protect Journalists, Streep addressed the event.

«Someone else was being abused, at which point I went utterly wild and pursued this man. Cher was present, after all. It was a miracle that the criminal escaped.» She said,

6. Prince Harry – The royal rushed to the rescue of a woman whose wheelchair was knocked over by a strong gust of wind

Prince Harry was speaking with RAF medic Anna Pollock at the Invictus Games tryouts when a strong gust of wind blew her over and onto the track.

As is customary for Prince Harry, he cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood while assisting the rider in straightening himself.

7. Jamie Foxx – The actor pulled a man from a burning vehicle following a car accident.

When a man crashed his car in front of the actor’s Hidden Valley, California house, Foxx rushed to his rescue.

The driver lost control of his car, drove off the road, and overturned it, causing it to catch fire. Thankfully, Foxx was present to call 911 and extract the still-buckled-in man from the scorching car.

The driver received burns and was taken to the hospital, but thanks to Foxx’s quick intervention, he was able to survive.
