Many women want large lips with perfect form. Alia Byrne, a Liverpool native, spent almost $3,000 for lip fillers to give herself “the mouth of her dreams.”

The woman had 6.5 ml of dermal fillers over the course of one year. And, despite the fact that Alia, 30, is aware of her unusual appearance, for which she frequently receives criticism, she still wishes to enlarge her lips.
