Phyllis claims she observed a Peeping Tom hiding outside her 15-year-old daughter’s room and peeking at her at 7 a.m.

Phyllis’ maternal instincts to safeguard her child kicked into high gear.

When she attempted to phone the police, the 19-year-old suspect fled. When the cops arrived, he was swiftly apprehended, but he tried to flee again.

But Phyllis forbade him from doing so.
