The young man lost both of his parents… People are still happy because of him

There are plenty of things that may make Jaden Hayes unhappy.

A six-year-old boy has now been orphaned twice; his father died two years ago, and his mother died suddenly just a few weeks ago.

The American student, on the other hand, decided that he would rather be known for the joy he brings to the lives of those around him than for his misery and tears.

Barbara Dikola, Jayden’s mother’s sister, remembers, “After attending the burial,
seeing how all the grownups were going about and no one was smiling, he was simply
weary of people with sad faces.” “He asked me how we might make people happy,
and I told him that he clearly had a genuine desire to do so.

The boy’s aunt advised him that the surest way to get a grin out of him was to give one.
Though she did warn that it isn’t a universal solution.

“OK, how about we give them a toy?” I said. Aunt Barbara and Jayden left their downtown Savannah, Georgia, flat with luggage full of mementos and children’s toys. At least 275 people observed the small child.

Almost everyone who returned my grin grinned and asked what was going on.
Some of them even approached Jayden and kissed him. The child’s story moved them all to tears, and some of them offered Barbara money, which she graciously declined.

There were just two people who flat-out refused to work with us.

In the days after his mother’s death, Jayden endured a great deal of pain.

“He is simply a beam of sunshine,” his aunt said of Jayden, who she said was
constantly seeking ways to make other people happy. That’s just how he’s always been.
The strength that is intrinsic to him astounds us all.

When you look at him and see that grin, you can’t help but smile too. You must act now.
