A 22-year-old woman was so determined to become a mother that she shed 70 kilograms. Here’s how she accomplished it…

Ashley Lewis’ weight had reached 150 kg by the age of 20.

She wanted to be smaller like every other female, but… stress, despair, and any emotional situations drove her to the refrigerator.

Everything went on until the girl was discovered to have polycystic ovaries at the age of 22.

This was a watershed moment.

Ashley recognized that if she didn’t take action, she would never be a mother.

Her weight at the age of 22 was 170 kg.

The girl had polycystic ovaries and hormonal imbalance as a result of her obesity.

With such a diagnosis, the chances of becoming pregnant are greatly reduced, and with neglected forms, they are completely eliminated.

The girl began to select things with care and also began a weight loss program.

Ashley found it most difficult to manage her food consumption because her daily servings had shrunk significantly.

She started eating healthful foods to feel full and avoid over her calorie limit.

Mrs. Lewis confesses that the support of like-minded people was crucial in her weight loss. She and the other program participants shared information about the quantity and quality of their food on a regular basis.

Then it was off to the gym.

Ashley went 5-6 times a week and thoroughly enjoyed every instruction.

The most intriguing aspect is that Ashley was able to consume pizza after converting to a healthier diet!

But not a quick food item, but rather a “healthy” home-cooked option.

She was able to lose 65 kg, but another issue arose: extra skin.

The woman was unable to run and was uneasy as a result of her.

The insurance company approved a procedure to remove sagging skin. So another 5 kilograms was required.

Ashley fell in love with jogging after saying goodbye to 70 kg and starting to weigh 97 kg.

In the piggy bank of a woman’s achievements there is participation in a half marathon!

Exercise and diet help her gradually lose the weight she gained during pregnancy.
