A 12-year-old boy fearlessly enters a flooded sewer in order to save a little pet. The only person who came to the appeal for help was Sasha, a 12-year-old child. Tatiana, a Rêvé resident from the Sverdlovsk region, discovered from the news that a family of dogs lived near Tchaikovsky Street. She made the decision to feed them. As it turned out, one of the dogs became entangled in a storm drain.

However, the sewer flooded after another downpour. Only one puppy was born as a result of the dog’s efforts. Nobody knew what happened to the others. Tatiana noticed the dog circling the ditch and whining all the time. She noticed a puppy fiercely struggling in the water upon closer observation.

She couldn’t leave and abandon the animals after what she had witnessed. The puppy needed to be rescued to prevent it from drowning. It was evident that the puppy had been trapped there for many hours, cold and very frightened. According to Tatiana, she called the police, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as Kombytservis and Antes. She also sought help from several friends and strangers.

But no help arrived. After a while, a group of youngsters strolled by and agreed without hesitation to assist the woman in saving the animal. It took some effort to get the puppy out of the water. The location was too distant from the sidewalk.

Sasha suffered minor injuries while rescuing the puppy and had to seek medical attention. Sasha became well-known among social media users, and someone recommended that the Youth Work Center bestow an honorary certificate on the daring.
