Rosalynn Carter and her husband, former politician Jimmy Carter, who has been married to her for the previous seven decades, recently celebrated an important milestone. Once upon a time, the couple talked about their marriage in a way that made them famous.

According to People, former First Lady Rosalynn Carter Carter will celebrate her 95th birthday in Plains, Georgia, her hometown, on August 18, 2022. Her birthday is August 18th.

A representative for the Carter Center said that the party mentioned above will be a low-key event with her husband, former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, and another family.

Furthermore, Rosalynn and her loving husband, Jimmy, live in the same town where they originally met after their daughter was born. In July 2021, novelist and historian Jonathan Alter revealed that the two people had met 90 years before:

Jimmy and Rosalynn have been happily married for over seventy years. Her birthday will be celebrated at the couple’s home, which is keeping with their humdrum lifestyle.
