After many visits, Priscilla’s parents agreed to her going to Tennessee with Elvis in 1963.

Priscilla Presley opened up about her past and her relationship with Elvis in a 2012 interview, since it was widely assumed that when she was a teenager, Elvis helped mold her image by clothing her and making sure she looked the way he wanted her to.

“I fell pregnant soon after marrying my husband in May 1967, when I was 21 years old.” I was really taken away at first.

“Oh my my, here I am married, and now I’m pregnant, and I’m not going to look lovely anymore,” I thought. “It was undoubtedly a challenging era,” she said.

Priscilla also spoke about how moved she was when she attended the premiere of a film based on her late husband’s life and achievements. She wrote the following on Facebook:

As we all know, the narrative does not end happily, but I feel you will have a greater appreciation of Elvis’ journey after viewing this film, which was created by a director who put his heart and soul into it and worked on it for many years.”

Nowadays, the Presley household places a strong focus on family. And it’s clear that Priscilla, Lisa Marie, and Riley care deeply about one another, despite the fact that they don’t see each other very often.
