When a couple returns home with their newly adopted child, others on the aircraft begin applauding and cheering

Being parents was something new for Caren and Dustin Moore. They had just returned to California after adopting an 8-day-old baby girl in Colorado. That’s when they were flooded with love, sympathy, and support they could never have imagined.

Dustin was so taken aback by what transpired on their journey back home that he told the full story on his social media account.

Here is how the story began:

“It’s been a hard week.” Rather than airing my problems in public, I’d want to share with you the generosity people showed us the day we welcomed our baby home. I hope our tale inspires you and reminds you that there is good in the world. ”

It all began when the couple landed the aircraft with four pieces of luggage and a newborn baby. Their kid awoke in the middle of the trip and started crying. She was in need of a diaper.

A flight attendant cheerfully assisted the new parents in setting up a changing station in the rear of the aircraft and providing them with some privacy with their newborn daughter. Jenny and another passenger complemented my lovely daughter and respectfully inquired as to what had necessitated such a journey with such a small child.

“I told them the shorter adoption narrative, and they quickly offered congrats and a few more lovely words,” Dustin concluded.

Then, when a second flight attendant enquired about their kid, the parents enthusiastically retold the incident, unconcerned. On the other hand, Dustin and Caren were taken aback when the news came over the intercom.

“We then heard the speaker.” Bobby, the flight attendant, stepped in and introduced a special visitor on the trip. Our little girl. ‘She was just adopted by Caren and Dustin and is on her way home.’ “The whole cabin exploded in applause and shouts,” Dustin added.

“He then said that the crew would be passing out pencils and napkins to everyone, and that anybody who wanted to provide advice or support to our family was welcome to do so.” People were peering over their seats to congratulate us, and we sat stunned. ”

Jenny and Bobby, flight attendants, assembled over 60 napkins with words of wisdom for the thrilled and worried new parents.

“After gathering the napkins, the crew read a couple of their faves over the intercom.”

“Rub each other’s feet, as well as the baby’s.”

“Tell her you love her all the time.”

“Enjoy every moment. It passes by so quickly. ”

“Drink plenty of wine!”

The couple questioned the flight attendants why they decided to do something so wonderful for strangers. They went on to say that when they were married, the flight attendants on their aircraft did something similar for them. They wanted to pass on the lovely, nice act.

Dustin would not generally go on social media to share such beautiful life stories. But, with so much negativity in the media and on the internet these days, he wanted to offer the world something pleasant and uplifting.

“But wait, there’s more. All of those lovely strangers and attendants had no idea how emotionally fragile two brand-new parents were. Parents who had finally had their first kid after 9 years of trying. Fearful yet committed parents in their new position.”
