A girl who was mocked for her obesity lost 65 kg without going to the gym. Here is how she did it

Josephine Desgrand now runs an Instagram page where she teaches followers how to eat healthy and stay in shape. However, just a few years ago, the girl herself was on the list of individuals suffering from obesity. She weighed 120 kg at the age of 17 and stared in the mirror with fear. The issue was that the girl did not participate in any sports. She also ate in enormous quantities and fast.

Parents feel it was this tendency that caused their daughter to gain so much weight. “We’d sit at the table, and Josie’d get up before everyone else.” She devoured a large quantity in a couple of minutes. I kept warning her that it was bad for her health and that the meal would take a long time to digest. “However, my daughter did not listen to me,” the girl’s mother claims.

At some point, Josephine knew that this could not continue. First and foremost, she refused to consume sugar (completely). The second step was the rejection of wheat and chocolate. She ate less and chewed her food more thoroughly after that. She avoided the gym because she was afraid of being judged and mocked. As a consequence, I studied at home with the help of YouTube tutorials.

She never became a sports devotee, but she also never skipped classes. She exercised for 15-20 minutes three times a week. As a consequence of healthy eating, sugar abstinence, and exercise, Josie shed 65 kg. Josephine is also supporting other kids and boys who are fighting obesity. She created an Instagram profile where she shares diets and meals for anyone looking to lose weight.
