“There is nothing more healthy than watching a baby hear music for the first time, and nothing more wholesome than four babies being serenaded by a loving family member.”
A group of five-month-old quadruplets sit on the floor as their uncle plays low, gentle acoustic guitar to their delight in this video. Throughout the thirty-second film, the babies nod, bob their heads, and squeak with approval.
Since it was posted in 2010, the video has received 13 million views. The video can be seen on the YouTube channel Four By Two. The four infants’ parents launched the channel to document their children’s life as they grew up.
Despite the fact that it wasn’t posted until 2010, the video is most likely older. The quadruplets were born in December 2008, and they would not have had such a youthful appearance by 2010. Kids’re all ten now, and according to the channel, they keep mommy and daddy busy. Other movies show holiday parties and children reaching milestones such as learning to ride a bike.
Isaac, Lucia, Jude, and Dahlia are the names of the children. There are two boys and two girls. On December 24, 2018, they all turned ten. Suzy and Ted, their parents, run a blog that they update on a daily basis. The blog goes on to relate the story of the children and their experience. It’s called Four By Two, which is also the name of the YouTube channel.
The kids were delivered preterm and spent 16 days in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This must have been a terrifying experience for their first-time parents, who are devout Christians. Faith can be a source of strength, and it is clear how much one family relies on it to deal with misfortune. On the blog landing page, a Bible scripture shows in the sidebar.
The YouTube channel, and especially the blog, provide truthful and current accounts of the realities of raising so many children. Suzy’s blog begins shortly after she discovers she is pregnant. There are photographs of the initial ultrasound, and the parents were shocked to see four images. They would have been delighted to see one!
Suzy praises Ted, her husband, with guiding her during her pregnancy and urging her to take care of herself. One photo shows them with their doctor following a visit. All three are cheerful and at ease with one another. A successful pregnancy and delivery require good medical care from a familiar doctor.
There are plenty such instances like this throughout the blog. Suzy acknowledges God, requests prayers, and tells stories about her children and their everyday shenanigans. Caring for one child, let alone four, is difficult. Every day, Ted and Suzy face new problems.
It was a handmade music video that first drew attention to this lovely family, but reading about them and watching their life keeps viewers intrigued. Who knows, the quadruplets might grow up to establish their own band.”
