Canadian citizen Lara Fabian is a French-speaking Flemish singer, songwriter, and composer who was born in Italy. performs songs in a variety of languages, including Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, and more. At the 1988 Eurovision, Luxembourg was represented.

The singer publishes her debut English-language album on November 30, 1999. She cooperated with the most well-known songwriters for Barbra Streisand, Mariah Carey, Madonna, and Cher while creating this album. Lara simultaneously recorded a number of tracks in Spanish.
