However, there was also a philanthropic component to it.

Jennifer Garner typically keeps her birthdays low-key, but she recently stated that her 50th journey around the sun was the reason for the greatest party, possibly ever.

The actress opened up about the lavish party, which she said started as a little gathering over the Easter weekend but “snowballed” into an all-out birthday extravaganza over the course of the weekend. The discussion was featured on the cover of the most recent issue of Town & Country. “It was like a wedding for me,” she quipped, referring to the large audience. “I couldn’t believe I was actually doing this.”

Even though the celebration looked out of character for Garner, she described how she tailored it to one of her most important interests: charity donations. One of the celebrity’s non-negotiable requests was that each visitor assist in filling 5,000 bags with enough food to feed a family of four for the organization Blessings in a Backpack. She went on to say that she “put everyone to work” to attain this goal.

Jennifer’s extra birthday wish was definitely thoughtful, but she also expressed her opinions about that particular term during the conversation. “I don’t see why I shouldn’t be pleasant. “I am quite fortunate,” she replied. “My life is lovely. You can’t always rely on me to be pleasant. I can be rude or quiet, or I can be quite serious about getting things done.”

“I don’t feel undervalued in that manner,” Garner added. I’m not scared to defend myself by saying, “Just so you know, I’m not going for this.” When that happens, I don’t want you to be startled to learn that I’m just a regular person.”
