This frightening incident should serve as a warning to others not to meddle with grandmothers! One day, a 65-year-old woman heard weird noises outside her apartment and looked out the window.

She noticed a man standing outside her flat. She noticed him attempting to enter cars by jiggling their door knobs and breaking the glass.

Another source of concern was the man’s clothing. He was only wearing boxer shorts! Grandmother was becoming very concerned. When she thought the massive, 300-pound man was coming for her, she grabbed a bat.

This bat-wielding granny knew exactly what to do because she was a member of her high school softball team. As she gingerly opened the door, the hefty man approached. He soon began charging at her.

She brought the bat back into batting position and slapped him across the head with it. ‘I tucked that bat and struck him upside the head,’ she said. ‘Pi-yah!’ I exclaimed, and he exclaimed ‘Oww.’ The would-be thief snatched his head and ran away.

A canine officer was able to locate the offender since all of his clothing was at Grandma’s house. He was identified by Grandma and arrested for burglary and narcotics possession.

Grandma even commented that he was lucky she didn’t have a gun! It’s a scary story, but for the robber rather than the grandmother. She delivered some street justice, then the cops finished the job by arresting her!
