Brendan Fraser is moved to tears after a woman compliments him for making her childhood “wonderful.”

Brendan Fraser has long been recognized as one of the most popular comic and action stars in Hollywood. He gained to popularity in the late 1990s and early 2000s with blockbusters such as “George of the Jungle,” “Looney Tunes: Back in Action,” “The Mummy,” and the Oscar-winning feature “Crash.”

Nevertheless, a sequence of terrible occurrences caused Fraser to move away from the spotlight in the early 2000s.

He divorced the mother of his three children within a decade, suffered major injuries from the feats he performed throughout his career, and had knee and vocal cord surgery. His mother passed away in 2016.

Fraser slipped into a profound melancholy as a result of these challenges, damaging his career even further.

Yet, the actor has steadily found his way onto our screens in recent years. Fraser is now starring in HBO’s Max action series “Doom Patrol,” and he has roles in two A-list films coming up: Martine Scorsese’s “Killers of the Flower Moon” and Darren Aronofsky’s “The Whale.”

Fraser was in Calgary, Alberta, last week for the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo (Calgary Expo), an annual fan event held at Stampede Park, where he met fans.

During the event, he held a Q&A with fans who were particularly interested in some of his odder works, like “Encino Man,” “George of the Jungle,” “Bedazzled,” and “Monkeybone.”

At the expo, the 53-year-old actor also signed autographs, which resulted in a touching moment with two fans.

Last week, a TikTok user with the handle “imani.goulet” released a video of her meeting with Fraser, which has since gone viral with millions of views.

During the encounter, Fraser signed a Funko doll of Rick O’Connell, his character in the “Mummy” franchise. Imani was surprised when the actor said her name right the first time because it is often misspelled.

They later became friends because they shared a problem: their unusual names.

“I’ve spent my entire life having people mispronounce my name. “I know how you feel,” Fraser says to the two women.

As the two walk away from the table, Imani’s buddy says something that plainly touches Fraser’s heart.

“Thank you for making my childhood so amazing,” she says. “And mine as well, you’ve been so kind!” Imani adds her voice.

With pursed lips and a fist bump, the actress responded to their heartfelt sentiments. Following that, Imani and Fraser posed for a shot, and Imani claimed that the actor “winked” at her after she thanked him for the photograph.

“Everyone says you should never meet your heroes, but I did, and we almost burst into tears talking.”

” Brendan, thank you very much!” Imani wrote in the viral video’s caption.

Despite his celebrity for decades, Fraser still appreciates hearing from fans, as seen by this video. Because of his down-to-earth nature and genuineness, many people have come out in support of him as he rebuilds his career over the last few years.

Fraser went viral months ago for his reaction to finding that the internet was “rooting” for him.

Fraser became upset during a virtual meet-and-greet with a TikToker named Lindley after hearing her express that he has a large fans who are thrilled to see him act again.

“You can do it. “You’ve got this,” Lindley assures him after he admits to being “nervous.” “Just know that the internet is behind you 100 percent.” We’re extremely supportive. There are so many people who care about you, and we’re all rooting for you. And we can’t wait to see what you come up with next.”

Fraser sits back and smiles, tipping his cowboy hat with an appreciative expression on his face. “Shucks, ma’am,” was all he could say in response, but those two words were full of emotion.

Brendan Fraser is a true treasure, as evidenced by these fan anecdotes! Watch the video below to find out why the actor is trending again.
