While their family cheered them on, the couple sang to Meghan Trainor’s “Dear Future Husband.” They appeared to have been practicing for quite some time.

Lance looks to have spent his entire childhood dancing with his mother in the kitchen, based on the ease with which he moves.

The duo easily transitions into the dance routine thanks to their past experience and extensive practice. On the kitchen floor, the mother-son dance team smoothly boogies and slides.

They have some incredible motions! Not only is their dancing entertaining but so are their facial expressions. The dance is simple, but they’re having so much fun together that we all wish we could throw a spontaneous dance party with our loved ones!
