Carolina Giraldelli, Enzo’s mother, was taken aback when he was born. Her child has a large birthmark on his face.
They later discovered it was a congenital melanocytic nevus. It is harmless on its own, and it appears in the early stages of a baby’s development in the womb.

Everything was well, but Carolina was irritated that others were staring at her child with pathetic eyes, some with disdain, and some with revulsion.

Carolina worked hard to demonstrate to others that her child is not unique. He’s in good health and poses no threat to anyone.

“I need to change and become a tougher, braver, and more daring person,” she decided. Someone who is ready to handle whatever challenges that my son may experience in his life.”

She painted a similar marking on her face and spent the day like that to comprehend what her kid would face in the future.

This experiment brought her a mix of feelings: both good and bad. But, her biggest emotion was a feeling of being “the proudest mom on earth.”

Carolina shared their pictures on social media and was shocked when they were showered with praises and encouraging words from total strangers.

The joyful mom realized she did the right thing.
