The admirer’s name is Maude Daigneault, and it turns out that she is a serious singer in her own right. When Groban chose her to sing with him, she was pleased. Maude told Groban that she wanted to perform “To Where You Are,” despite her initial feelings of overwhelm.

She carried on the legendary performance by uploading a duet rendition of “To Where You Are” to YouTube. It’s apparent that performing on stage with Groban had a huge impact on Maude’s musical development, and it’s wonderful to see how much she treasures that song.
