Jeff Louis was a pizza delivery kid in Mentor, Ohio in 2015. Of course, many of his work days were similar. But one event would drastically alter his life.

Jeff’s workday generally began at 12 p.m., but one day he was asked to arrive a bit earlier than usual…

He was given the task of delivering food to a nearby church. As it turned out, they had quite the surprise in store for the 22-year-old male. When he delivered the pizzas, the church unveiled a surprise: they left Jeff a tip of more than US$700.

Jeff was so moved by the occurrence that he decided to share his feelings by uploading a video to YouTube. His heartfelt story and tear-filled eyes have now touched the hearts of thousands, and hundreds of people have come out in support of Jeff.

“The most amazing thing happened today…”, Jeff begins, with tears in his eyes.

Jeff is a recovering and rehabilitated drug addict, after struggling with his addiction for years. In the video, you hear his voice tremble as he thanks all the people who helped him start a new life.

“I’m having a hard time lately, trying to get my life back (…). It just truly amazes me that people that don’t even know me just wanted to help me out that much”.
