Damien Smith, a Canadian nine-year-old, was worried that he wouldn’t receive any birthday greetings or gifts, but because to the generosity of his parents and online strangers, he received a surprise that most people can only imagine. A month in advance, they created a separate account for Damien’s birthday initiative, urging others to send cards to the pupil.

By the end of October, the family had received a large number of letters and gift boxes, indicating that the plan was a huge success. Damien’s mother shared a photo of the two of them on Facebook.

But Ryan Reynolds delivered the most incredible surprise. After generous individuals descended on his social media accounts, the actor realized that Damien is a fan, and he sent the boy’s parents a video congratulating them.

The teen’s mother stated that, despite the student’s plea to stay anonymous, Deadpool’s video arrived one month before his birthday.
