His Father Is One of the Biggest Celebrities in the World, but He Has to Work a ‘Normal’ Job to Support Himself

Despite being one of the most well-known celebrities in the world, he won’t give his son any financial support. He aspired to pursue an acting career, inspired by his father’s footsteps, but unfortunately struggled to secure any opportunities. Having to get a “normal” job became a necessity for him in order to meet his financial duties… More about his father below…

Parents can teach their kids a lot about life through “tough love” parenting approach, no matter how we feel about it.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, the iconic actor, achieved the remarkable feat of winning the prestigious title of Mr. Universe five times and Mr. Olympia seven times. Throughout his extensive career spanning decades, he has graced the world of film with remarkable roles, including the iconic Terminator.

If you think that he carries this tough persona into his personal life, you’re not mistaken. It seems that the actor turned politician has managed to pass on some of his onscreen toughness to his children. He has five children. He has four children with his former wife Maria Shriver: Katherine, 34, Christina, 31, Patrick, 30, and Christopher, 26. He also has a son named Joseph Baena with Mildred Patricia Baena, who used to work as a housekeeper for the family.

Schwarzenegger showed equal care and attention to Joseph as he did for his other children. He, on the other hand, doesn’t coddle them and ensures they work for their own livelihood rather than relying on him for everything in life.

After college, Joseph and the other children were responsible for managing their own finances. It’s not because of his dad’s financial situation, in fact, the “Terminator” has accumulated millions of dollars over the years.

Joseph appreciates the opportunity to work and earn his own income, and he is thankful for the financial support his dad provided for his education.

“My dad is old-fashioned; he doesn’t believe in handouts. I agree with him that hard work pays off,” Joseph, who looks exactly like his famous dad, told Men’s Health. “I love the word honor, and I’m very proud in the sense that if I use my dad’s contacts or ask him for favors, I wonder what honor that will bring me?”

At first, Joseph aspired to follow in his dad’s footsteps and become an actor, but he soon realized the challenges of that path and decided to pursue a more conventional job instead. He, however, did pursue bodybuilding as hobby.

Joseph’s diploma in Business Administration proved to be invaluable in securing his position as a successful real-estate agent. “So yeah, I needed a job because I wasn’t getting any of the acting jobs I thought I would get and I needed to start getting paid,” he said.”I thought to myself, ‘I should take action.'” The 25-year-old shared with Essentially Sports that he recently began interning at a real estate company.

Last year, he sold his first house and eagerly shared his excitement about reaching that milestone on social media. He shared a photo of himself proudly holding a ‘SOLD’ sign, accompanied by the enthusiastic caption, “SOLD!!!”

The young real estate agent posted on his online platform about his operations in West Los Angeles and Silicon Beach. If you’re interested in selling your home, feel free to reach out to him through direct messaging.

I don’t need to pursue acting or bodybuilding. I have a strong sense of motivation and determination. I’m really pleased with my relationship with my dad. I’m thrilled to be finding so much joy in what I’m doing and to be living out my lifelong dream.”

“A lot of guys have trouble either making their dad proud or stepping out from under their dad’s shadow. But as long as you’re pursuing your passions, then everything falls into place. Of course, maybe those guys don’t have such nice dads,” he went on to say.

We’re glad that Joseph feels happy with his life choices.
