Operation Christmas Child is spreading joy to children across the globe, delivering gifts that bring smiles and hope. A touching video of two boys from Trinidad unwrapping their Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes has captured hearts nationwide, showcasing the joy these simple gifts inspire.

For 30 years, Samaritan’s Purse has collaborated with local churches in over 160 countries and territories to distribute shoebox gifts to children in need, while also sharing the message of Jesus Christ. These shoeboxes, filled by individuals and churches, include hygiene essentials, small gifts, and comfort items. For many children, these boxes are treasures they eagerly await.

The heartwarming clip shows rows of boys excitedly waiting to open their gifts. Once given the go-ahead, they dive into their boxes with enthusiasm. Two boys, in particular, radiate joy upon discovering a soccer ball and a stuffed animal in their shoeboxes.
