In Calgary, Alberta, a visually impaired two-year-old named Emma had the sweetest reaction to receiving an ice cream cone. In a video by her mom, Amanda Burritt, Emma curiously explored the treat before her face lit up with a radiant smile.

Emma, now four, lives with KIF1A Associated Neurological Disorder (KAND), a rare condition that affects her ability to see, walk, and speak. Despite these challenges, her joy reminds us to find happiness in life’s simple moments.
