This 8-year-old bodybuilder, nicknamed «Little Hercules,» stunned the world 15 years ago (real name Richard Sandrak). His muscular physique made him the focus of the media.

At the age of 11, he was recognized as the world’s strongest boy in his age category. He is now 23 years old, and «little Hercules» has grown up a lot. Richard can no longer brag about his biceps or press cubes. Richard no longer visits the gym.

He developed a beard, hair, and a small stomach. The guy claims he is tired of swinging in the gym and wasting time on it.

But there’s a bigger reason Richard stopped bodybuilding. Paul, it’s about his father. He put a lot of pressure on his son as a child to become a bodybuilder.

The man was frequently chastised for his treatment of his son. Pavel was imprisoned when Richard was 11 years old for domestic violence against his wife, Richard’s mother. Since then, the guy has erased his father from his life, and to spite him, he has stopped participating in sports.

Now Richard works as a stuntman at Universal Studios Hollywood Waterworld. He really enjoys his job and has no intention of returning to his former glory as Hercules.
