Little Johnny did awful on his math test.

His grade was so bad that his teacher called to talk to his dad.

When he got home that afternoon, his angry dad was standing in the hallway.

He asked, «Why did you fail your math test?»

Little Johnny laughed and said:

“My teacher isn’t very good.”

His dad was confused by his reason and asked Johnny to explain further.

«Well, my teacher said 3+5 = 8 on Monday.»

«Then what?» his dad asked.

The boy said, «Then she told us on Tuesday that 4+4 = 8, and on Wednesday that 6+2 = 8.»,

“If she doesn’t know what equals eight, how am I supposed to know the right answer?”
