Every so often, a video comes along that makes the internet collectively swoon.

Dan Fowlks, an actor and model from St. George, Utah, is a dedicated father to two young children. His social media accounts are filled with genuine, joyful moments from his family life, and it’s clear he takes his fatherly role to heart.

Dan goes above and beyond to create special memories with his kids, whether it’s teaching his son how to fish or snuggling with his daughter on the couch. He’s definitely got the “dad” thing mastered.

In addition to his acting talents, Dan also has a musical side. He has a beautiful voice and loves serenading his children whenever he can.

When his daughter, Nova Lin, was born, Dan shared her photo on Facebook with a heartfelt caption: “Another girl to sing to, dance with, pretend with and grow with. Welcome to the world Nova Lin Fowlks, I will do my best to make it as pleasant and joyful as possible!”

True to his word, Dan posted a video of himself singing to little Nova, and it’s a moment that’s captured the hearts of everyone who watches. In the video, Dan strums his ukulele and sings Bobby Darin’s “Dream Lover” as Nova gazes up at him with a smile. She even rocks back and forth on her hands and knees, trying to dance along to the music. Dan chuckles as he continues singing, clearly enjoying the moment.

Ever the caring dad, at one point, he places his knee on the bed to make sure Nova is safe while he serenades her.

What a beautiful bond between father and daughter! Nova is clearly smitten with her dad, gazing at him with pure adoration and happiness.
