Nobody wanted to adopt this 6-legged puppy until a kind boy saw his lovely picture on social media

Roo is an 8-week-old Labrador mix, who was called a kangaroo because she jumps about on her back legs. Because of her two extra legsRoo walks by leaning on her arms and thrusting her bottom into the air.

While her unique movement might be unpleasant at times, this is because Roo was born with six legs, two of which are in the front.

This unique doggie was spotted while being exhibited by a breeder online. His tweet was seen by Lauren Salmon’s 15-year-old son. The family felt they needed to acquire her as soon as possible. They knew that if Roo couldn’t find a new home since she was born with a disability, the breeder would most certainly have her euthanized.

Roo sprang out of her kennel and leapt up on her back legs as Luke and Lauren went to rescue her. Roo was ecstatic to see them. Despite her tiny imperfection, Lauren and Luke could tell she was full of energy right away.

«Because she’s full of energy, we’d describe her as tranquil yet vibrant.» «There aren’t many dogs out there like Roo,» Lauren told Fox News. «I think breeders put them down because they have no value, but she is priceless to us.»

Luke and Roo have been friends since she moved back home. And Luke knows what it’s like to be the odd one out. The adolescent has psoriasis, a skin ailment that creates red blotches on his skin. Luke has been bullied at school because of his psoriasis.

But he, like Roo, now has a best friend. Roo now has a new doggie brother, two cats, and two bunnies, as well as a loving family!

Meanwhile, Lauren is working with Dr. Noel Fitzpatrick to see what may be done to improve Roo’s mobility. Roo’s two extra legs make it difficult for her to walk properly, but they do not bother her.
