A cafeteria worker is intrigued by a girl who only eats half of her lunch and packs the rest in her backpack. When the mother discovers that the child is distributing her meals to the destitute boy, she decides to take action.
Mrs. Murphy has been a cafeteria worker at Cypress Valley High School for four years, and she loves her job. Because she and her husband were unable to have children, her face brightened up whenever she served lunch to little children and witnessed their grins.
You’re still young! “You have to eat a lot to keep healthy!” she said to every pupil she offered meals to.
“Mrs. Murphy, it doesn’t even seem cool!” exclaimed some of the pupils. You need to think of something better! ”
However, the elderly lady shrugged her shoulders. “Oh, you astute one! Mrs. Murphy’s cuisine and motto are second to none! Come on, I want to see your clean dishes! ”
Okay, Mrs. Murphy!!! The kids were giggling as they took their seats and ate their meals.

Mrs. Murphy was talking to a coworker when she saw something odd. She noticed a small girl in the rear of the dining room who had barely completed half of her lunch and had put the rest in her lunch box.
Does she seem unwell? Why wasn’t she eating? ” Mrs. Murphy looks perplexed as the girl gets up and walks away.
The same thing happened the next day when the girl came to the cafeteria. She split the meal into two equal halves, packed one in her lunch box and ate the other half. Mrs. Murphy became concerned when it happened for days at a time, so she decided to investigate.
She noticed the girl heading the other way of the school after school, which went to the abandoned area.
“Why is she coming there after school?” inquired the elderly lady, discreetly following the young lady and attempting not to be spotted.

She noticed the girl enter an alleyway where a small child clad in scruffy clothing sat on the ground on a piece of cardboard. Mrs. Murphy came to a halt and peered down the alley.
“My God, is that where the food goes?” She cried, her mouth agape.
The girl smiled and approached the boy. “David! I’ve arrived! ”
The boy gives the girl a loving grin. «Claire! Have you brought me something to eat?
“Of course I did!” she said as she sat down next to him and opened her knapsack. We had sausages today, which I preserved for you. In any case, I’m not a fan of them. ” She presented him with the lunch box.
“Thank you,” the youngster said. Mummy is unwell. I was worried you wouldn’t show up today because you were running late.

I apologize. I’ll bring you extra food next time! I swear! “—she remarked as she stood up. I have to leave! If I got home late, my mother would be furious…
David waved her off with a nod.
Mrs. Murphy approached them at that moment. Does that explain why you’re not eating your lunch? You, too, need to eat, darling! You might have just informed someone…
Claire was taken aback to find Mrs. Murphy there. «You? Do you work in the school canteen? Please keep this to yourselves! “If Mum finds out I’m not eating my lunch, she’ll be furious,” she muttered, her head down.
Mrs. Murphy, on the other hand, grins and rubs her head. What you’re doing is just fine, Claire. It is a wonderful thing to assist those in need. But you’re not doing it correctly if you’re not
Claire glances at her, perplexed. “What exactly do you mean?”
Don’t you think you owe me an explanation for what’s happening here, kid? Mrs. Murphy inquires, bending her head towards David, curious as to what a young lad like him is doing outside in such deplorable conditions.

Claire interrupted him before he could say anything. It wasn’t his fault. His family is impoverished… », she began.
David and his family are fighting to make ends meet with only one complete meal every day. Claire encountered him outside the school at a crossroads, where he was asking for food and money. She felt terrible for him and began saving some of his lunch for his family. They arranged to meet in the alley every day, where she would give him food.
He lives with his younger sister. I don’t want them to go hungry, “Claire concludes.
Oh, my dear! You’ve done a fantastic job, “Mrs. Murphy said as she hugged Claire. you as well. “Darling, come here,” she murmured to David.
Mrs. Murphy hugged the two children and said, “Listen, children, no one will go hungry from now on, OK?” You will not go hungry. Mrs. Murphy will take care of it…

Mrs. Murphy saw there was a lot of food left over at school after the kids had finished eating, so she began packing it in boxes and bringing it to David in the driveway, where she delivered it to him.
Claire accompanied her when she went to see David, and the smiles on both children’s faces each time made Mrs. Murphy believe that, despite not having her own children, God had indirectly blessed her with much more — she was feeding not one, not two, but several children with her hands, and that meant a lot to her.
