Asha Mandela believes that the strength she derives from her mane is directly related to her hair.

As a result, she spent considerable time growing and braiding them. The dreadlocks of the 56-year-old American guy now reach 33.5 meters (110 feet).

Asha describes her hair as an «antenna» that gathers up positive feelings from the environment and transfers them to her.

This woman is a Rastafarian, and she believes that caring for her hair in this way helps her live a healthy lifestyle.

On the other hand, having her hair styled in such a way that it causes her so much extra work. She must always carry her dreadlocks in her backpack, and she dedicates two days every week to caring for them.

Because having such thick hair can create a multitude of problems, including paralysis, Asha makes it a practice to work out her back at the gym on a regular basis.
